You are invited to join me for a brief and different kind of Dancing Hands session – one that gathers our written\, spoken\, and/or unspoken intentions of what we are ready to release (outdated modes of control\, scarcity\, violence\, etc.) to help rebalance ourselves and all lives as citizens under the One-Sky of Planet Earth. I’d like to invite you to bring intentions for peace for all people. This is simply an opportunity to hold the space for the greatest peace to wrap all around the world and for all people everywhere. Here\, as always\, we are focused on the best and highest individual and collective good\, the highest love\, the sweetest light\, and health and peace. \nWe may sit in peace for 7 minutes or 30\, but we ask that you join us with written intentions for peace that you don’t need to share but simply hold. This is a practice that brought Jane together with phenomenal communities of many spiritual traditions for heart healing and soul upliftment over several decades. A donation-only sweet and seated circle\, together we bring a compassionate communication and practice Jane’s not facilitated since her hands began dancing in 2015. Experience the Source/Spirit/G*d-given gift coming through Jane’s hands—a gift which has brought joy\, health\, and healing to young and old\, those of faith\, and even those with little to none. This gift from Spirit helps\, supports\, empowers\, and revivifies healers and helpers\, doctors\, nurses\, teachers\, therapists\, priests\, nuns\, teachers\, students\, and fellow journey folk on this life path of constant evolution. \nTHIS TICKET IS FOR: \nJane’s Dancing Hands Quanta Circle \n4:00 – 5:30 PM \nThe Quanta Circle is for 10-15 people and without music. \nPlease dress in comfy\, layered clothes to move (yoga pants or sweats to your liking and bare feet or socks). Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket to lie on and a water bottle to keep hydrated. \nJane Shares What Happens Within In-person Jane’s Dancing Hands Circles:\n “Some feel the energy begin as soon as they decide to join the circle – that could be months\, weeks\, or minutes before the event. To start\, we circle up\, welcome all\, and the facilitator and I invite everyone to have a seat on a yoga mat or chair if one is not comfy on the floor. \n“We talk about expectations\, intentions\, what one might feel or not feel.  We discuss that each circle is unlike another even if one has come to a circle 100 times before. Each circle is always different. \n“We share protocol\, that it is sacred and safe space\, and I ask for loving respect for all who have come with heart; that we are dancing for the best and highest good of one and all\, individually and collectively. \n“Nothing is choreographed or planned. While many come with specific hopes\, I\, Jane don’t need to hear anything for Source to share harmonizing energy for each person there. I am literally danced\, not knowing next which way I’m going or where my hands will respectfully and lovingly dance. \n“Even the playlist for each circle\, (save the Quanta Circles)\, is sometimes mixed right before the circle spontaneously as Source sees fit. For dancers\, the music rides two waves\, much like 5 Rhythms or Ecstatic Dance with Intro\, Wave 1\, Share\, Wave 2\, Share 2 and closing. \n“As I dance for one\, I dance for all in the Jane’s Dancing Hands Circle\, the Quanta Circle\, the Love Fest\, the New Circles\, and even in the Conversations with Source\, Health & Peace Circle\, and Meta-tations.  This means\, I could be dancing with one – working on her neck – and another across the room might have a spontaneous healing in a sore knee\, that the pain-in-the-neck relationship with one’s sister is shaking out on the dance floor for healing and that could instantly repair is sore knee. \n“Source goes and flows and knows best and we all may stand in proxy for the healing of another with no negative impact or residue from the experience beyond an extra sparkle of love as we commit with highest and best harmony with all. Anything that doesn’t serve goes in the compost! \n“Depending upon the size of the circles\, each can be as short as one-hour or as long as ninety minutes to two hours. If you join a bigger circle\, plan accordingly. I will dance with all\, but if the circle is large\, I move quite quickly to ensure I dance with everyone.  By the circle’s end\, I will make sure I have as many lying comfortably down on the floor as possible as I will touch the heads or hands of all with final blessings\, activations\, or deeper experiences of meditation. Those who can’t lie or get off the floor easily are welcome to receive the energy comfortably from a chair – all good. \n“Most all participants feel something\, but for those who don’t\, be assured the energy is always given and flows with peace and love whether one’s perceptions are aligned to feel it or not.  Some may feel shifts immediately in the room\, near immediately\, or much later.  You are encouraged not to worry about the timing but encouraged to keep your eyes and heart open for when the gifts exchanged between Source and your higher self to bloom. Again\, it is always right timing for the spiritual gifts to be received when it is best for the mind\, body\, spirit\, and emotions.  Compassion and grace for your best timing\, as mysterious as it may be\, are always welcome. There is a reason much of which is sacred is mysterious. \n“After the active dancing with the circle\, we have found that when one shares – even a word or sentence of what they experienced – it gives breath\, air\, wings\, and heart to the gift running in that participant. When we name what we experience whether with trust\, gratitude\, or even wonder we allow greater assimilation blooming of the Source flow. “Where two or more are gathered\,” sharing in a group gives even more traction for the gifts of all attendees to open wider than before. \n“With permission\, I may tap or touch the limbs and head to the comfort of the participants and do my best to hug all before we stretch back into our more human form. When it is not aligned to touch\, I may use my own body as proxy with equal flow. \n“I understand much of what happens defies some human understanding and to receive energy in a moving meditation like dance may seem strange to a few in our modern world\, but it is one of the most ancient ways communities gathered to connect the body temple with Source energy on the Earth temple of Source and its Pura Vida. When we allow ourselves to return to the primordial forms of dancing with gratitude\, wonder\, discovery\, and harmony we have the opportunity to reconnect not only with Source\, but our sacred\, ancestral lineage. And it’s fun! To start\, we circle up\, welcome all\, and the facilitator and I invite everyone to have a seat on a yoga mat or chair if one is not comfy on the floor. \n“We talk about expectations\, intentions\, what one might feel or not feel.  We discuss that each circle is unlike another even if one has come to a circle 100 times before. Each circle is always different. \n“We share protocol\, that it is sacred and safe space\, and I ask for loving respect for all who have come with heart; that we are dancing for the best and highest good of one and all\, individually and collectively. \n“Nothing is choreographed or planned. While many come with specific hopes\, I\, Jane don’t need to hear anything for Source to share harmonizing energy for each person there. I am literally danced\, not knowing next which way I’m going or where my hands will respectfully and lovingly dance. \n“Even the playlist for each circle\, (save the Quanta Circles)\, is sometimes mixed right before the circle spontaneously as Source sees fit. For dancers\, the music rides two waves\, much like 5 Rhythms or Ecstatic Dance with Intro\, Wave 1\, Share\, Wave 2\, Share 2 and closing. \n“As I dance for one\, I dance for all in the Jane’s Dancing Hands Circle\, the Quanta Circle\, the Love Fest\, the New Circles\, and even in the Conversations with Source\, Health & Peace Circle\, and Meta-tations.  This means\, I could be dancing with one – working on her neck – and another across the room might have a spontaneous healing in a sore knee\, that the pain-in-the-neck relationship with one’s sister is shaking out on the dance floor for healing and that could instantly repair is sore knee. \n“Source goes and flows and knows best and we all may stand in proxy for the healing of another with no negative impact or residue from the experience beyond an extra sparkle of love as we commit with highest and best harmony with all. Anything that doesn’t serve goes in the compost! \n“Depending upon the size of the circles\, each can be as short as one-hour or as long as ninety minutes to two hours. If you join a bigger circle\, plan accordingly. I will dance with all\, but if the circle is large\, I move quite quickly to ensure I dance with everyone.  By the circle’s end\, I will make sure I have as many lying comfortably down on the floor as possible as I will touch the heads or hands of all with final blessings\, activations\, or deeper experiences of meditation. DESCRIPTION:In perfect evolution of Jane’s Dancing Hands Circles\, Jane brought the New Circle to communities that are primed and ready to move with this divine energy of joy and love.\nOne doesn’t need to be able to dance to attend\, but many are moved to dance with pure Source/God/Creator/All-That-Is when Jane opens her heart and hands in service to the best and highest good for each participant and the group as a whole. As individuals are encouraged to feel the opening to Source Energy and be moved to dance much in the way that Source travels through Jane\, together we join with the prayer-dancing communities around the world. \nUnderstanding that many are still in transition from a protective and locked down world\, if individuals feel comfortable\, they may explore community while receiving the energy flowing through Jane in the beautiful garden space of our host in Sacramento. \nEach dance for their best and highest good as Jane finds all the prayer dancers in the circle via their rainbow bracelets which Jane slips on and off as the dance continues. \nJane’s Dancing Hands Circles are not static lessons\, or still meditations\, but as Jane begins\, the connection with the sacred Pura Vida elementals and Source Energy through Joyfully\, Activating\, Nurturing\, Energy\, flows like a spring from within. To start\, we circle up\, welcome all\, and the facilitator and I invite everyone to have a seat on a yoga mat or chair if one is not comfy on the floor. \n“We talk about expectations\, intentions\, what one might feel or not feel.  We discuss that each circle is unlike another even if one has come to a circle 100 times before. Each circle is always different. \n“We share protocol\, that it is sacred and safe space\, and I ask for loving respect for all who have come with heart; that we are dancing for the best and highest good of one and all\, individually and collectively. \n“Nothing is choreographed or planned. While many come with specific hopes\, I\, Jane don’t need to hear anything for Source to share harmonizing energy for each person there. I am literally danced\, not knowing next which way I’m going or where my hands will respectfully and lovingly dance. \n“Even the playlist for each circle\, (save the Quanta Circles)\, is sometimes mixed right before the circle spontaneously as Source sees fit. For dancers\, the music rides two waves\, much like 5 Rhythms or Ecstatic Dance with Intro\, Wave 1\, Share\, Wave 2\, Share 2 and closing. \n“As I dance for one\, I dance for all in the Jane’s Dancing Hands Circle\, the Quanta Circle\, the Love Fest\, the New Circles\, and even in the Conversations with Source\, Health & Peace Circle\, and Meta-tations.  This means\, I could be dancing with one – working on her neck – and another across the room might have a spontaneous healing in a sore knee\, that the pain-in-the-neck relationship with one’s sister is shaking out on the dance floor for healing and that could instantly repair is sore knee. \n“Source goes and flows and knows best and we all may stand in proxy for the healing of another with no negative impact or residue from the experience beyond an extra sparkle of love as we commit with highest and best harmony with all. Anything that doesn’t serve goes in the compost! \n“Depending upon the size of the circles\, each can be as short as one-hour or as long as ninety minutes to two hours. If you join a bigger circle\, plan accordingly. I will dance with all\, but if the circle is large\, I move quite quickly to ensure I dance with everyone.  By the circle’s end\, I will make sure I have as many lying comfortably down on the floor as possible as I will touch the heads or hands of all with final blessings\, activations\, or deeper experiences of meditation. Those who can’t lie or get off the floor easily are welcome to receive the energy comfortably from a chair – all good. \n“Most all participants feel something\, but for those who don’t\, be assured the energy is always given and flows with peace and love whether one’s perceptions are aligned to feel it or not.  Some may feel shifts immediately in the room\, near immediately\, or much later.  You are encouraged not to worry about the timing but encouraged to keep your eyes and heart open for when the gifts exchanged between Source and your higher self to bloom. DESCRIPTION:In perfect evolution of Jane’s Dancing Hands Circles\, Jane brought the New Circle to communities that are primed and ready to move with this divine energy of joy and love.\nOne doesn’t need to be able to dance to attend\, but many are moved to dance with pure Source/God/Creator/All-That-Is when Jane opens her heart and hands in service to the best and highest good for each participant and the group as a whole. SUMMARY:Meditations for Peace in the Language of Love
DESCRIPTION:Oh\, Love\, \nI just heard. \nI just heard the news. I couldn’t even watch it\, but I heard it. After I got home. After I posted Catrice’s favorite poem. After I’d already created the event while Boos & Blue are on the road. And now\, I think a few of us may feel the need to sit for peace – To meditate/marinate/activate in peace. \nThis is a new meditation series I’ve been quietly dancing the past two weeks. It’s been otherworldly important – from all directions. Now we are opening it up. It’s 30 minutes with no discussion at the end unless Source wishes to share as we go. I am not dancing this Sunday\, Jan.29\, but this new series of Meditations for Peace – in the Language of Love will begin again on Monday for six days (seven if you come tomorrow.) \nThere is no introduction to the meditation unless it is in the Language of Love\, so if you’re new to my work\, just have a seat\, remove your distractions\, and please do not eat\, move around your space\, or distract others while we are meditating. This is our temple/church/sacred space together and we are grateful you remember that we love and see you\, too. \nThere may be a translation at the end\, I’m not yet sure\, but we invite you to simply show up ready to intend the best and highest good\, settle in\, breathe into the space\, and we’ll go into the core of love together. It is forever a surprise for us what Source brings forth\, so let’s discover with one another. \nWe begin at 7 AM Pacific sharp\, so if you’d like to join us\, please come early to the waiting room. We’ll let you in and begin. No late entries.
