SUMMARY:Dance Into the Dawn
DESCRIPTION:The Joyfully Activating Nurturing Energy of Source returns to an older\, more traditional JDH format with a 30-minute free offering and an additional hour for those who wish to immerse themselves more deeply in the energy. As we move through liminal space\, the world seems to hang in the balance\, awaiting the opportunity for rebirth. You are invited to join us as we take a step towards the ever-lightening horizon and dance in the glow of the dawn. The light is coming. We are ushering it in together. \nWe are dancing April 20th @ 10:15AM PT \nThe first 30 minutes of this circle will be free for all who wish to attend and will include writing\, JANE’s Dancing Hands\, and an activating discussion. The following hour of Source Energy immersion is available with the purchase of a ticket and will feature more of the Joyfully Activating Nurturing Energy of Source\, with the potential for channeled messages to come through. These channeled messages\, spoken first in the Language of Love and then translated into English\, are often both soothing and uplifting\, speaking to where you are now and leaving breadcrumbs of wisdom for you to discover later (read more about how this has happened for two of our consistent Quanta Circle attendees). The re-immersion into the dance with Source serves a dual purpose; it allows you time to acknowledge\, without fear or judgement\, what came up for you in the first half hour\, and to release all that is not for your Best and Highest Good to move on to greater evolution. The second dance is often more potent\, clearing that which does not serve and reigniting your inner fires. The energy will meet you where you are\, but it will always encourage you to move forward into your happiest and healthiest future. \nMany have asked\, does this really work online? Is the energy less online than in person? \nFor those who have done both\, some say they prefer online sessions because Jane is almost always facing front to the camera. There is very little difference in the time/space continuum of this gift with pure Source. Obviously\, Jane’s hands will not physically be touching or tapping the skin while dancing during an online session\, circle\, or over the phone\, but many people report feeling warmth spread through their hearts or solar plexus\, or feel a tingling in their hands or limbs – just as one may feel in person. Some say they can actually feel Jane’s hands as if she was in their room. If Jane’s hands are dancing on her side of the screen — even if the recipient can’t see them\, say if they are clapping off the frame of the screen — the recipient may even feel where they are dancing – over a part of the body or working on an emotional body\, eliciting cleansing tears or immense joy and laughter. Some say they also prefer online circles and sessions for they can relax in the comfort of their home before and after sessions and go into deep meditation or sleep following. We will rekindle the light within and dance to the hopes and dreams of the awakening collective highest and best good of all.\n\n\nThis circle is a hybrid of old tradition and JANE’s Dancing Hands\, creating a perfect blend of energy to help you welcome in the new and release that which no longer serves. Please prepare mindfully for the circle and bring a short poem or words for the online bonfire of blessings. If you are feeling ambitious\, you are invited to bring a 7 x 7″ quilt piece decorated (embroidered/painted/bedazzled\, etc) to hold your wishes for Winter holy-days of joy to our world. Please also bring a cup or dish of yum for the potluck feast. This format invites the same depth of work with the purest Source Energy in a transformational three-day arc of love\, light\, and abundant joy but within a more intimate group of between five and 14 people. \nCollaborator participants co-create the Expanded Quanta Circle with both written and spoken intentions and commit to upholding safe and sacred space for one another. This supportive community becomes its own vessel of purest Source Energy as a solid and fluid foundation of kindred hearts is established — growing the work not only of private experiences with Source Energy but carrying the light of self-healing and communal light-bearing forward and expanding potential together. \nThis is an exciting outgrowth for those who have loved their circle work and private sessions with Jane and wish to work not just even more intimately with the Dancing Hands/purest Source Energy experience but also potentially find supportive friends on the path of a more happily experienced conscious life. \nEach Quanta Circle includes: \nCheck-in – How are you mentally\, emotionally\, physically\, and spiritually? And then\, on a scale of 1 – 10\, with 10 being perfect\, happy\, whole\, healthy\, how do you feel? Each participant shares succinctly and honestly but can work privately or quietly\, too. You are invited to join me for a brief and different kind of Dancing Hands session – one that gathers our written\, spoken\, and/or unspoken intentions of what we are ready to release (outdated modes of control\, scarcity\, violence\, etc.) to help rebalance ourselves and all lives as citizens under the One-Sky of Planet Earth. I’d like to invite you to bring intentions for peace for all people. This is simply an opportunity to hold the space for the greatest peace to wrap all around the world and for all people everywhere. Here\, as always\, we are focused on the best and highest individual and collective good\, the highest love\, the sweetest light\, and health and peace. \nWe may sit in peace for 7 minutes or 30\, but we ask that you join us with written intentions for peace that you don’t need to share but simply hold. To start\, we circle up\, welcome all\, and the facilitator and I invite everyone to have a seat on a yoga mat or chair if one is not comfy on the floor. \n“We talk about expectations\, intentions\, what one might feel or not feel.  We discuss that each circle is unlike another even if one has come to a circle 100 times before. Each circle is always different. \n“We share protocol\, that it is sacred and safe space\, and I ask for loving respect for all who have come with heart; that we are dancing for the best and highest good of one and all\, individually and collectively. \n“Nothing is choreographed or planned. While many come with specific hopes\, I\, Jane don’t need to hear anything for Source to share harmonizing energy for each person there. I am literally danced\, not knowing next which way I’m going or where my hands will respectfully and lovingly dance. \n“Even the playlist for each circle\, (save the Quanta Circles)\, is sometimes mixed right before the circle spontaneously as Source sees fit. For dancers\, the music rides two waves\, much like 5 Rhythms or Ecstatic Dance with Intro\, Wave 1\, Share\, Wave 2\, Share 2 and closing. \n“As I dance for one\, I dance for all in the Jane’s Dancing Hands Circle\, the Quanta Circle\, the Love Fest\, the New Circles\, and even in the Conversations with Source\, Health & Peace Circle\, and Meta-tations.  This means\, I could be dancing with one – working on her neck – and another across the room might have a spontaneous healing in a sore knee\, that the pain-in-the-neck relationship with one’s sister is shaking out on the dance floor for healing and that could instantly repair is sore knee. \n“Source goes and flows and knows best and we all may stand in proxy for the healing of another with no negative impact or residue from the experience beyond an extra sparkle of love as we commit with highest and best harmony with all. Anything that doesn’t serve goes in the compost! \n“Depending upon the size of the circles\, each can be as short as one-hour or as long as ninety minutes to two hours. If you join a bigger circle\, plan accordingly. I will dance with all\, but if the circle is large\, I move quite quickly to ensure I dance with everyone.  By the circle’s end\, I will make sure I have as many lying comfortably down on the floor as possible as I will touch the heads or hands of all with final blessings\, activations\, or deeper experiences of meditation. Those who can’t lie or get off the floor easily are welcome to receive the energy comfortably from a chair – all good. \n“Most all participants feel something\, but for those who don’t\, be assured the energy is always given and flows with peace and love whether one’s perceptions are aligned to feel it or not.  Some may feel shifts immediately in the room\, near immediately\, or much later.  You are encouraged not to worry about the timing but encouraged to keep your eyes and heart open for when the gifts exchanged between Source and your higher self to bloom. Again\, it is always right timing for the spiritual gifts to be received when it is best for the mind\, body\, spirit\, and emotions.  Compassion and grace for your best timing\, as mysterious as it may be\, are always welcome. There is a reason much of which is sacred is mysterious. \n“After the active dancing with the circle\, we have found that when one shares – even a word or sentence of what they experienced – it gives breath\, air\, wings\, and heart to the gift running in that participant. When we name what we experience whether with trust\, gratitude\, or even wonder we allow greater assimilation blooming of the Source flow. “Where two or more are gathered\,” sharing in a group gives even more traction for the gifts of all attendees to open wider than before. \n“With permission\, I may tap or touch the limbs and head to the comfort of the participants and do my best to hug all before we stretch back into our more human form. When it is not aligned to touch\, I may use my own body as proxy with equal flow. \n“I understand much of what happens defies some human understanding and to receive energy in a moving meditation like dance may seem strange to a few in our modern world\, but it is one of the most ancient ways communities gathered to connect the body temple with Source energy on the Earth temple of Source and its Pura Vida. When we allow ourselves to return to the primordial forms of dancing with gratitude\, wonder\, discovery\, and harmony we have the opportunity to reconnect not only with Source\, but our sacred\, ancestral lineage. And it’s fun! DESCRIPTION:Oh\, Love\, \nI just heard. \nI just heard the news. I couldn’t even watch it\, but I heard it. After I got home. After I posted Catrice’s favorite poem. After I’d already created the event while Boos & Blue are on the road. And now\, I think a few of us may feel the need to sit for peace – To meditate/marinate/activate in peace. \nThis is a new meditation series I’ve been quietly dancing the past two weeks. It’s been otherworldly important – from all directions. Now we are opening it up. It’s 30 minutes with no discussion at the end unless Source wishes to share as we go. I am not dancing this Sunday\, Jan.29\, but this new series of Meditations for Peace – in the Language of Love will begin again on Monday for six days (seven if you come tomorrow.) \nThere is no introduction to the meditation unless it is in the Language of Love\, so if you’re new to my work\, just have a seat\, remove your distractions\, and please do not eat\, move around your space\, or distract others while we are meditating. This is our temple/church/sacred space together and we are grateful you remember that we love and see you\, too. \nThere may be a translation at the end\, I’m not yet sure\, but we invite you to simply show up ready to intend the best and highest good\, settle in\, breathe into the space\, and we’ll go into the core of love together. It is forever a surprise for us what Source brings forth\, so let’s discover with one another. \nWe begin at 7 AM Pacific sharp\, so if you’d like to join us\, please come early to the waiting room. We’ll let you in and begin. No late entries. SUMMARY:World Unity Week: Dancing with Source'd Love for Miraculous Joy\, Health\, and Unity
DESCRIPTION:Hi Loves\,\n\nAmidst the grieving and growth of the last two years\, there is an inner knowing one thing we learned was the import of dancing together – even online brought us a glorious new world of connection\, collaboration\, community\, peace. Between June 18 and 25\, I am excited to contribute to and be a part of a global event convened by hundreds of civil society organizations and thousands of individuals who are gathering in the spirit of creating such a world. World UNITY Week is an eight day global celebration embracing the mid-year Solstice\, Indigenous wisdom\, International Day of Yoga\, World Refugee Day\, mind-body-spirit empowerment\, sacred activism\, peace-building and more. As a presenter and contributor to this vision\, I invite you to gather with me in a space of peace\, unity and ONE-ness.  You have a place at this table – your energy is welcomed and you are embraced as part of a global community with a vision of what can be.\n.\nI will be presenting on June 20 at 10:00 EDT/ 7:00 PM PDT. DESCRIPTION:We return for another Infinite Quanta Circle for deeper work and you are invited!\nWhile the usual JDH Quanta Circle has been kept to 10–14\, Source chooses the final number for this immersion into intentional Source work. On three consecutive days\, we gather with pre-circle intentional work and group sharing to deepen how the gifts are playing within us or what mastery and mysteries are unfolding. With spring here\, let us renew and rebirth with the intimate and infinite work these circles bring. \nThis is a 3-part event:\n\n4.01.22 – 05:30-7:00 PM PST\n4.02.22 – 10:00-11:30 AM PST\n4.03.22 – 10:00-11:30 AM PST\n\nWhat some participants from our most recent Infinite Quanta Circle have shared:\nOH\, HOW I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!!  I felt the energy so deeply today\, and even stood up and danced\, then laid on the floor\, which seemed to release even more. LOVE! My ‘spot’ is clearing\, and my upper abdomen pain is gone from the ‘surgeries’ these past 2 days! Just had to send a Celebration Text – Soooo grateful!!!!!! – T.
