Dear Beautiful Beings,

Thank you for opening this up for the warmest embrace I can send through the aether to you.

Yes, these are big times. Yes, massive shifts are happening on earth. And yes, some are intensely painful to witness. There are no trigger warnings in this email, dear souls. It is just love and deepest understanding that love lives here and is focused like laser beams to create safe and healthy berms of peace and balance around you and all. 

We have spoken about this a fair amount—if you’re an empath or feeling extra sensitive or tender, I pray that you find ways to create two to three times daily showers of focused etheric or physical cleansing with plenty of intentional hydration, fresh, healthy food, exercise outdoors, and rest. I encourage you to gather in a community of gracious support in person or online. Hug often. Listen more. Love better. And understand that forever, I will continue to advocate for and be a friend and ally to all who walk and dance a path of love, compassion, integrity, and kindness. I hope you will join me in midwifing and breathing together for a better way of harmony on this gorgeous planet.

A week from today, we’ll have good news. A week from today, we’ll be gathering and dancing for the highest and best good, only the best and highest good and send everything else to the light to be transmuted to light in our Quanta Circle. And yes, you are invited to join if you can come for at least two of our three circles.

One thing that our regular Extended Quanta crew understands is that the moment one decides or intends to show up for their sacred dance, the whole loving, supportive energy of the group starts swirling with Source Energy. You might even feel it reading this. Just asking yourself to align with the best and highest good in this moment and the ones to follow, for yourself and others, individually and collectively, how does that feel? (Try it with a deepening series of breaths.) Feel it?

The energy from the last few Quantas has been so revelatory that I’m reminded once again of the profound gift of our dancing hands retreat swimming with Humpback whales in Tonga for three weeks, where we’d raft our awestruck, wet-suited bodies together as the whales approached with their beauty and we received their glorious frequency and messages. What do you suppose they’d say now?

“Yes! I do. It was in a dance studio in NYC (in Noviembre or Diciembre of 2017, I think). I remember Jane in front of me speaking the LOL (Language of Love) and spontaneously speaking it back to her. Later that night, I cried, remembering how I used to speak it all the time when I was a young child and even intermittently later in life. That Circle initiated so much.”
