Are You Okay?

Marzo 31, 2025

ARE YOU OKAY? How are you living in an all-CAP world? Are you screaming? Are others screaming around you? How does that feel in your spirit? In your sacred vessel? Deep breath and let’s try once again.

HUGS <<How U Growing, Soul?>>

Last week, two young college students were rolling their suitcases and backpacks down the path to catch the bus to the train to the airport. In a hurry, they were fumbling to keep the wheels rolling so that a smaller bag balanced on the wheelie wouldn’t fall.

“DO YOU NEED ANY HELP?” I called out. My voice was thin and cracked in the air strangely, and the second of the two looked up in surprise. Was I smiling? It felt more like a wince, so when his eyes met mine, a thousand soundless apologies streamed from my heart.

He shook his head aimlessly and softly said, “No. Thank you.” I was a stranger, but every student here is my kin. I wished I knew his name. I wished I could take them to the airport. I wished…

With a half smile, he heaved his heavy backpack in place and quickly approached the wide crosswalk to the bus stop. I couldn’t help myself. As I looked back, thinking of the relative effervescence of the first and only time I returned home for spring break, I burst into tears. “Please travel safely. Please stay safe.”

Ruby and Sky were quiet as we walked together. My daughter knew. Students everywhere were racing as if a massive storm was approaching. Rare For Rent signs had popped up overnight like sullen sentries in the windows. Typically, this weekend would be noisy with parties, but we haven’t heard music blaring since Diciembre. Students who would usually be joyous after final exams were lowkey, eyes cast down.

Just a few days ago, we read that many countries were issuing alerts and calling their students back from America. Though only the most promising students in the world had been accepted to our campuses, something is terribly amiss. Now, we’re told the educators and those learning to be doctors, engineers, educators themselves, and researchers for all fields here were newly at risk. And for some, without provocation or reason, were now in grave, grave danger despite their student visas. No longer were our exceptional minds encouraged to tuck in or shelter in place to learn how to make our world healthier, happier, stronger, and lovelier, but to run as fast as they could to leave and go quietly and swiftly.

Source shows me contrast, so I know what to avoid or transmute. Instead of worrying, I got busy dancing for their best and highest good with my mind’s eye. I saw these kids and others navigating our busy international airport. After watching them check and recheck bags, they negotiate the energies with an easy check-in.

For the TSA line, I see it thin to be brief and efficient. I look into the heart of TSA agents and flood their field with love. I see our students and others passing through customs quickly, legally, and safely with their student visas. I see these brothers wishing one another well. I see well-rested pilots, flight attendants, and air traffic controllers doing their jobs with the greatest of care. I see our students buckling up, and I see the boys falling asleep as soon as their plane reaches cruising altitude with post-final/post-world event-changing exhaustion. And blessedly, I feel their parents’ relief and more hot tears as they embrace the kids in their home country 24 hours later.

We’d be surprised if we ever see these particular students again. In my heart, I can feel they’ll finish and graduate with honors elsewhere and will make so many happy with their expertise. Top Hat and bow ties – they are and once were among the best of the best in pre-med, computer science, environmental sciences, and physics here, but at least they will be safer than here. For the best and highest good of one and all, individually and collectively, yes?

How are you shaping the narrative coming in all-caps to you? How are you taking what you see and making it better? It’s Mercury Retrograde re-visioning time. Try now. Reread the previous paragraphs, walking through them. If you have read my latest newsletters or our posts on social media, you may see how I speak up for those who may not yet have a strong voice. I’ve long been an advocate for human rights around the world. In our household and for many around the world, I am the smiling Friend and mamabear-ally because my heart will always be loving, gracious, and grateful for the gift of my platform. I will always rise to insulate the hard-won freedom to love and be true to one’s most sacred walk in this life. This carries deeply into the work of the Dancing Hands. I am honored and thrilled to be encouraging you to maintain your highest connection with Source Energy (God/Goddess/Creator, Friend) constantly, too, but especially now.

How do you create a barrier reef for the love and safety of one and all? How might you build a berm to keep the high tides of love from eroding your most loving revolutions around the sun? For those who watch the stars for extra guidance, this weekend was a big time of change. You can read more about this portal on our social media. How might you fly to your balance and ease?

Martes, we are back in our Quanta Circle and you are invited to join us in this beautiful group.

Do your best to rest, reset, and remember you are loved, too. You are love. And you share from an overflowing well of … L…O…V…E. Let Our Vision Energize with more Source’d Love for the best and highest good of all, individually and collectively. So Be It? Blessed be.

Stay safe. Safely. Love fully.

Bendiciones, amor y cielos azules,

Mama’s Love Every Day

Mama’s Love Every Day

Dear Friends, Dancing hands to all hearts this weekend. Mother’s Day is one of my favorite celebrations. I love my mom, and I love my children. Yet, for me, this year, it’s complicated. Maybe for you, too? Whether you have children or not--adopted, fostered, lost,...

Mom, the Pope, and Some Heavenly Brownies

Mom, the Pope, and Some Heavenly Brownies

How are you? How’s your heart? The shifts continue. I’d become ridiculously tired after washing up after Easter Domingo dinner last night and had fallen asleep early, but then, “seeing the handshake” of Pope Francis, I shivered awake. It rang like a gong within me....
