From Wednesday at 4 PM through Saturday at 11 AM, your retreat experience includes a carefully curated journey of connection, movement, healing, and reflection in a breathtaking coastal setting with Jane & Elissa.

Together, these offerings create a deeply personal and supportive retreat atmosphere where meaningful breakthroughs & authentic connection can unfold naturally.
Beyond the sessions, you’ll enjoy beautiful integration experiences by the ocean, group visits to meditation gardens, time with the famous La Jolla seals, & opportunities to explore the charm of the village — from shopping & cafes to swimming, relaxing, & simply soaking in the beauty of the coast at your own pace or with friends. This is intentionally a small-group experience, allowing for deeper connection, personalized attention, & a more intimate retreat journey.
Private sessions with Jane will also be available for those seeking additional support (available at an additional cost).

The retreat is at Hyatt Regency La Jolla, located just 20 minutes from the airport and only 2 miles from the beach. It offers a wonderful blend of luxury, comfort, and affordability right in the heart of La Jolla.

We currently have a block of 10 discounted rooms reserved for our group for only $329/room/night.
Room options include:
King Bed Rooms (single or double) OR
Two Queen Bed Rooms (double, triple or quadruple occupancy)
You are welcome to coordinate with others if you’d like to share a room, which makes it very affordable.
Food:
Meals will be paid for on your own, allowing you the flexibility to choose what works best for your belly and budget. We plan to keep it simple and fun with a mix of Whole Foods grab-and-go visits, picnics, café outings, group lunches and dinners.
We’ll be treating everyone to a special final group dinner on our last evening together.
Transportation
Please make your plane reservations ASAP. We will begin at 4pm on Wednesday and complete by 11am Saturday.
Please let Elissa know your travel plans so we know when to expect you. You are welcome to Uber or rent a car (we suggest linking up with others). The hotel is close to the airport. We plan to enjoy the local trolley system, as well as short Uber rides to explore local beaches, cafes, and shops to and from our hotel.
We will likely rent one big van that we can use as a group for big outings.
If you rent a car, the hotel is offering our group a discounted self-parking rate of $29/day.

We strongly suggest obtaining travel insurance to cover any unexpected emergencies. Travel Guard and Allianz come recommended.
We have a minimum number of rooms our group must purchase for our discounted rate. Please make your hotel reservations ASAP. If you need to cancel your room after June 15, we will accept you finding someone else who wants to take your room.
